14 Of The Most Devastating Heartbreak Poems

So this is it…. I finally found out the truth Never expected it from you! I thought you were my friend…. You were just using me just like you used all the other people… For your own selfish reasons… I always thought those people who left your friendship were wrong! But no, what I thought was wrong! Because you are a person of betrayal… No one can ever trust you… You betrayed once… so you can betray again… One day everyone will find the truth… And you will be all alone… Begging for forgiveness… Then you will realize your behavior!

Jeff Gaines Apr This piece and many others had to be taken down because they do not allow published material to be available online for free. Trust Becomes Doubt Jade Kaiser 15 Feb, AM Life is full of unexpected things, Luckily, you can be friends with your enemies; Unfortunately, your friends turn to be your enemies. See, life is full of surprises. Funny it may seems, and at the same time, It will hurt you truly. I've been hurt so many times in my life That made me trusts less, And doubt more with the people surrounding me. If I could only turn back time To where I was once knew how to trust whole-heartedly.

Famous Poems

Everyone talks about first love, but why not second love? The love which was a little less hurried, a little less for show, which taught you a thing or two. The love meant to heal your previous heartache, to mend your shattered feelings, which it did, but still gave you a fair share of those itself. Or maybe more. The love which taught you love. All the whats and whys. Which was based more on personality and less on physique.

I have noticed a trend in my assigned reading. The theme of my English class is love—I chose this theme because at the very least, year-olds care about sex and death. The students usually notice this about three weeks into the semester. They joke, but inevitably, each student finds that at least one of these heartbreak poems resonates with them. I hope that among this selection, you find something.
